Our Story

Rooted in
the Valley

The concept for Two Bottles Inn began with a simple philosophy: the best moments in life are meant to be shared, usually over a bottle of wine, surrounded by nature. Palisade is uniquely situated in the high desert on the western slope of the Rocky Mountains creating a special place for growing wine grapes and exploring the outdoors.


Two Bottles Inn was inspired by a serendipitous discovery during founders Kelly and Matthew High's wedding planning in 2023. We recognized a unique opportunity to curate a local lodging experience that brought people closer to the small town that we love. With walkable amenities to the local brewery, distillery, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms, Two Bottles Inn is your place to enjoy everything that Palisade has to offer.
